    If you answer NO, you must accept full responsibility if your dog picks up Kennel Cough whilst staying with us.

    Dogs can only be accepted on the condition that they have been fully vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvo-virus within the last twelve months and not less than three weeks prior to boarding. The certificates must be shown on the day of arrival.

    If you have an un-neutered female, please be considerate and try to give us some notice if you think she is due in season/In season/finishing a season.

    There are other members of staff at moorview other than Gwen that may play, walk, feed, medicate and be left in sole charge of dogs.

    If your own personal vets are more than 20 miles away, we reserve the right to take any dog we feel needs veterinary attention to Bishopton vets Pately Bridge.

    If your dog is to need medical attention at the vets during their stay, the owner must accept full financial responsibility.

    Only dogs from the same household will ever share a kennel.As such if dogs from the same household are struggling to settle together, Moorview kennel staff reserve the right to separate in the best interest for the welfare of each dog in our care.

    If dogs are to be found to have fleas/ticks/lice or worms owners will be notified before taking to Bishopton vets for immediate treatment.treatment of such will be charged to the owners.All administration of any treatments will be done by the veterinarian.

    It is possible a dog may pick up scratches during walking or play time. Staff will treat minor injuries and inform the owner.

    Moorview kennels accepts no responsibility should a dog die in our care.

    Should you pet become unwell during their stay veterinary treatment will be sought immediately, if you/emergency contact are unreachable then we will follow veterinary advice to ensure no animal is left to suffer, this includes vets advice on euthanasia. All animals will then be stored at Bishopton vets for owners to collect on return.

    Please be considerate of our opening hours when booking your dog in, we try to stick to drop off and pick up times as much as possible. If you are unable to collect your dog due to delays etc on the agreed departure date, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can arrange boarding for a further evening.

    Please note there will be a small price increase in 2025
